Anyone have an idea what is causing the recent rise? I see that it is exactly 31 days since the last drop, so tax loss buybacks could be the case, along with anticipation of the FCC approval and the AOL restructure (as Jim noted); however, one doesn't usually see such strength in the issue on a malaise of good news.

Me thinks something is up besides the price.

Speculation:
- The new accounting software referred to in the CC may allow more frequent indication of quarterly profits (say monthly) and it's puking good news.
- Informal approval from the FCC with the official announcement awaiting USPS.
