What about the double dip recession? Looks to me like it will come, just knowing how state and local governments fund things...

... shortfalls are going to create reduced budget requests and with it reduced spending. Once the requests are approved... probably reduced even further by the budget analysts wielding the cost-cutting axes... it paints a grim pix for next year... and so on.

You could be right for years to come!
