Hi Arthur Sorry about the erase - nuff said. Being stupid (me) has its advantages - and therefore - I'is hanging out till the end of this. ALIM is taking the FDA-adopted International Conference on Harmonization guidance route here which (a) does not oblige the FDA to follow - but - (b) gets the Intent To Treat doctrine on the table and in play. ALIM's actions prove this - imo. I did not fully understand how ALIM got on Priority and now I do - the 24 month data was significantly better than the 18 month stuff - and thats all it took - in terms of color by number procedures. If we are just dead catfish - in sewar water - why prolong the agony and just give ALIM a non-approval letter and be done with it versus dragging this out another 6 to 9 months? Maybe thats the way its done - I'm out of touch - but I hope not. If the price of gold blows up this winter its gonna be a frigid winter -g- Happy Holidays to you and your family. regards John
