Here is a clue to the issue of Nasdaq small cap listing. Seems like SNRS is pretty close! We could really use the exposure. Brokerage firms could then solicit purchase of the stock.

"In connection with the decision, Nasdaq informed CAI that it would waive the $4.00 per share initial inclusion bid price requirement, but that CAI would be required to maintain compliance with the $1.00 per share bid price maintenance requirement for the period from January 8 through January 20, 1998. Failure to maintain such bid price would result in immediate delisting from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market(SM). Continued listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market(SM) will be subject to CAI's completion of a new listing application and continued satisfaction of the maintenance criteria for such market."

"On August 22, 1997 the Commission approved revisions to the listing
requirements for the NASDAQ SmallCap Market. Among the changes approved
are continuing listing standards that require that (i) listed companies
have either net tangible assets of $2 million, a market capitalization of
$35 million, or have reported $500,000 of net income in two of the last
three years, and that (ii) listed common stocks maintain a minimum bid
price of $1.00. The existing NASDAQ requirements for stockholders' equity
of $1 million, and the alternative of stockholders' equity of $2 million
in lieu of a $1.00 bid price, were eliminated. The revised continuing
listing requirements are effective February 22, 1998."
