I wish I knew. 30 day avg volume is 35,000 shares/day. This is a long term buy hold. For daytraders if they see KTCC over 100,000 shares in a day or days then pay attention. 21% of stock is held by Institutions and they are usually ( i mean always) slow so watch I would watch for volume to increase maybe in 6-8 weeks? Joe PTG&LI !!!
