Pompsander, Re:"worried by the price action" I think Intel has fluffed the launch again frankly. They are having yield and supply problems with the coppermine processors. Current estimates are for 2-3M Coppermines this quarter. And probably only 10-20% of those will be with RDRAM. As the split between CC820 and VC820 seems to indicate. So it is likely Q1 2000 before rambus really hits the road. Once the Coppermine debacle becomes clearer you may see price go back to 70's IMHO. It won't rise until availibilty really picks up dramatically and thats likely to be Q1 2000. regards, Kash
