I noticed that as well as I am currently long in ACLY. I really do not think the Unisys announcement is a big deal. Unisys is focusing on being a consulting, system integrator company. As such, they will work with whatever tool seem most appropriate. Given, that they compete with DEC for SI business, I would expect that they consider DEC customers "a tough sell." Given their need to boost earnings, I suspect they will not go after the DEC base unless they have an in with the customer.

Your comment about the bloom is off the rose RE: Y2K stocks is beginning to look very real. IMO however, I believe there will be one more push and rise in stock prices in the q1/q2 fy98 time period. After that look out below.
