Without going into this any further, I'll say that this kind of issue will become clearer to you when, as Charles suggests, you begin to have the overwhelming pleasure of dealing with contracts. No one is saying that conflicts never arise. However, in the instances you cite they are, if they happen at all, tactical rather than strategic issues. --QS
