I can't understand why "The Sunshine State" doesn't have better solar power incentives. If Charlie wants to lead that's a good place to go.

As far a solar incentives, New York State apparently has them so high that it almost pays for the panels. You still have to pay for the rest of the electrical components, but it is a very significant subsidy.
