The economy doesn't need any stimulus. It just needs lower taxes. The purpose of lower taxes is to encourage individuals to find new ways to engage in constructive activities. That doesn't mean invest in plant and equipment which you hear the demand managementists say is the purpose of tax cutting. Finding new constructive activities doesn't necessarily mean that the level of output will rise, it just means that whatever the level, the output will be more valuable.
