I use this thing, about once or twice per week.



It gives me 10,000 to 20,000 IU of D3. Plus on some off days, I use either the Carlson Solar D Gems 4000 or Twinlab D3 K2 Dots (1000 IU D3 + 90mck K2 MK7).
