Not that I've seen. I am working my way through help files. I got as far as creating a workgroup name and giving it to each computer. This produced a new network icon in the W2000 My Network Places folder called Computers Near Me that shows the W2000 computer but not the other one. The W98 computer does not show other computers or itself in its My Network Places folder. I did the troubleshooter wizard and the only thing it came up with is that I am supposed to check a box in Client for Microsoft Networks called Logon to Windows NT Domain and a add the domain name. I can check the box but I have no idea what to enter for a domain name.

Considering trying to use my W2000 upgrade disk to upgrade the W98 box but not sure whether that disk will work on a second computer. I think the updater can detect the tag # of the box (both boxes are Dells.)
