Heck, it wouldn't surprise me if they blamed Bill for things that happened before he was in office.

Oh, wait, I think they did...

Of course, they've blamed Clinton for most everything since he turned twelve......the JFK assassination, Watergate, all the hurricanes in the '80s, the Yankees losing the pennant race several times....their list is huge.
