Bob, Re your 3476, I am glad that you did that. In the long run, it will be hopefully helpful to MRPS and to all of us to have things like this addressed and answered. Your action was very helpful, in my opinion, to getting the investment banking situation straightened out. Also, when the financial/accounting issues are clarified, then larger investors would be interested. Until there are solid, audited, verifiable financial statements from a trustworthy accounting firm that are presented to the investors, we will be subjected to following PR and other marketing releases. When the financials justify movement in the stock price, it will come. Until then, press releases, which no doubt have been impressive, will do only so much. It is my opinion that, if the financial statements justify higher prices, they will go higher. At this time, there are many good competing investment opportunities to put money into firms that can show financial strength. MRPS may surprise all of us with strong statements, but they must be released before any analysis can be performed. At this point in time, the market capitalization of MRPS is about 10-12 million. That may or may not be in line with projected earnings but until we can analyze and project 1999 earnings and 1998 results, we have no way to get a feel for a reasonable price/earnings ratio. Vic |
