I think that, irrespective of the DRAM situation, these share prices on ALSC and other semi mfgs. won't provide this kind of opportunity for too long. Worst case, the sector sucks wind for 12 months. And the fund managers won't want to be late to the semi sector party, so they'll get in before they think a bounce is coming. It looks to me like the sector buying has already started.
