Steve: Sorry but AOL will turn out to be the commadore64 of the
internet, the c64 btw was the most popular consumer computer,
in the late 70s eveven out did apple..and clobbered IBMs pc jr,
along from out of no where came the IBM clone..not exactly no where
the come from back room independent small time clone builders,
cpq saw the demand..You can hype AOL all you want, she won't make
enough money to ever return a small fration of the over 5 billion
she has in market cap, the company is burning money faster than
they can take it in and going broke, needs to chance her working
model..BIG ISP can not compeat with the non profit sector that has
moved into providing service..no margins..:-(
When the hype is over AOL may sell in the singel digits.
