Do you have a link that points to:

"... that GX management has told analysts that data throughput is growing at 60% year-over-year vs. earlier growth of 100%.

According to some accounts, normal, pre-boom growth "was" at 2 times, or 100% growth year over year for about a decade. It spurted to three to four times, for a spell (between '95 and '96), but is said to be returning to normal 2 times or 100% now. At least these minimum levels of growth can be demonstrated domestically. Im not sure what the estimates are internationally, however, which is why I'm asking.
