If ADCT's products were consumer related, I'd be inclined to agree with your comments. I'm new to ADCT but from what I gather they sell infrastructure to RBOCs and other communication service providers and I'm hard pressed to see a scenario where ADCT's customers would accelerate orders or load up on product just because the payment terms became more attractive.

I did notice the same things you did and I am curious about the decline in cash and increase in A/R. One thing positive I did note was that they paid down some debt. Usually a good use of spare cash and an indicator that management is confident in prospects for the future.
