fuzzy- i was afraid of becoming one of those 'high maintenance' types, but things are better and i'm glad to be back. thanks for posting my news. here's the latest: they've moved her from the acute care section to a not-so-acute care room right next to a common room that has tables and chairs and a t.v. that's where she now takes her meals. i guess they want to see how she makes out before discharging her - maybe today. i was just reflecting how lucky we are in canada to have such great health care. there are those who would argue that we pay through the teeth in taxes for this care and i say to them that we would never have been able to save the equivalent amount of money to cover these costs had those taxes not been leived. we are very fortunate. what are your plans for the 4th? -rowsie
