Dan and all: I figured I'd get some questions because most of the people on this thread are pretty smart. Here is what I will do: I've gotten a few questions and e-mails on the subject of how MMs actually function. It's pretty complex, and I am not the World Expert. I do know a lot more than I did 3 years ago when I decided to try and understand it; so next week, I'll work up a detailed explanation of the whole thing for everyone, and then I will post it. I don't know everything, so if it's not on the post, I don't know it. Give me a few days, say Wednesday or Thursday, and I'll have a post you can understand. If I screw something up, there are plenty of people on the thread that can sort out the mistakes. It's really really interesting. You should be able to use the info to save some money.
