A wise choice IMO. If you can afford to fail, you're
statistically better off taking the risk. Do you think
MS loses money on their support? If not, you might as
well make the statistical profit. Of course, you may
lose in any instance, but in the long run ... (this is
an old argument on this thread, which I won't repeat).

More important in this case is that EVERYBODY gives MS
support low marks. I will add my meager experience:
I've resorted to them only once to a resounding DUUUHHHHH,
totally unhelpful. The only good
response I got was from customer service afterwards,
who agreed to
waive the return shipping charge for a full refund
because tech support was clueless (which was, in truth,
a VERY kind evaluation of tech support).

BTW, the included support in the retail version does NOT
include network problems, for which they always charge
you in any case. And the Netware replacement is ... (??).
