If it's directed at bears, there has been no evidence (yet) that invalidates the potential bearish ED patterns. Moving above those invalidation points and remaining wed to the ED patterns would, however, be cognitive dissonance. I don't know if the patterns will fail or not but, at this point, they are what they are till they aren't. Kimston
