That was funny, But seriously, in this region of the country, when i was a kid, a big circus posted flyers everywhere when they came to town, looking back, it must have been relatives of Barnimum and Baileys circus, because they used the name P.T. Barnimums Bla, Bla, Bla Circus.

Did you mean issue or authorize new shares? BTW Par clarified that during the last confrence call.
