Maybe your body is telling you something. Don't take this wrong, for I would be the last person to criticize another's lifestyle, but for heaven's sake, get up, take a stretch and some deep breaths and ask yourself, it it worth it? My prescription would be cut your research down from 16 to 8 hours a day and indulge in a bit of civilized and clear-headed dialog here on SI, instead of mere internet messaging chatter.
