We cleverly don't have any major large vegetation closer to our casa than 100 yards. Furthermore, the heart of Umbria is fairly safe, the bad guys go where the foreign tourists go. My German friends just got back from Italy. Lots of fires but not as many as Greece. Their last day there it was 40º C.......but no worries, there isn't "any major vegetation close to your casa".
