The company needs to get the 10K behind them. It's a boat anchor on the stock right now. Fiscal year ended Sept 30, 4 1/2 months later we're still waiting for the numbers. First quarter numbers (from 1st qtr ending Dec. 31, 1998) are due in 4 days. I imagine we'll see an extension on that as well. Hopefully the CFO will learn a few things from the 10K audit process that will help in the 10Q's going forward. Hoping to see a progress report on the company soon. ETPI had a very busy year, hopefully it will translate into profits this year. Disclaimer: I have received shares of restricted stock in ETPI for various consulting services. Also, from time to time, I may buy and sell shares of ETPI in the open market.
