Signing GOLD and COPPER CONTRACTS. This would be nice. But we still need the "FIRST" contract. One problem I see: It looks like Bateman has NOT YET invested.Only 20% of the private placement from August/99 has been filled. Carl Ash had told me that a majority of that placement was going to Bateman.....(We can guess ~ 80%)...and it looks as if they have not yet bought in. WHY NOT? is my question. When I stopped by the company last friday, I spoke with the secretary and one other lady (I forget the name). They told me that Carl Ash was no longer in charge of investor relations and that Brian Neill was the person to ask questions to.(He wasn't in and is apparently out most of this week, traveling). I guess this is why Carl has not been answering my e-mails anymore. I am still unaware of any Rumors. I tried to give you a call Denis on Monday but I got your machine. I'll try to call again soon. Is it possible that someone is trying to scare investors into selling shares for cheap....so they can buy them up? Just a thought. Talk soon. Gary.
