(42 7/8, July 29)

-- The world's leading provider of dedicated network data-access servers, or "filers." Since its inception, it has achieved rapid, predictable and consistent growth. We project revenues and EPS growth of 53% and 43% over the next two fiscal years. Over a three- to five-year time frame, we believe it is positioned to achieve growth in earnings per share of at least 40% annually. Our 12-month price target is $60, based on a multiple of 50 times our fiscal 2000 EPS estimate of $1.19.
