As is usual talk is cheap, you are giving examples of what should be done, not how to do them.

For decades politicians both Democratic and Republican present ideas to improve and change things but once they get into office so many influences are there that it's all about MONEY talks and nothing changes.

It's not about the person in office but the system in general whcih no one seems to be able to change. Nothing ever changes. Only dreamers who discover reality.
