3 million were issued recently. My personal opinion is that VTSS
is worth about $36 a share since that was the new share offering
price. I think the sudden request by VTSS for more outstanding
shares (25 mil) is proving that management realizes that it cannot
compete effectively with the big guys unless it undergoes much
more expansion. Good Luck.
