On current assets and earnings, as is often pointed out here, AOL is worth about nothing. CSRV may be worth several times more, as your analysis suggests, which would still be a big fat nothing. The only thing Internet/online stocks are valued on is growth/potential growth, and here CSRV has demonstrated THE worst record in the industry, managing to fall from the leading online service to an also-ran during a period of unprecedented growth and mania for the industry.
