Hope you don't mind me jumping in, but I have so few chances to agree with the AOL bears on this thread that I have to take advantage. On current assets and earnings, as is often pointed out here, AOL is worth about nothing. CSRV may be worth several times more, as your analysis suggests, which would still be a big fat nothing.

The only thing Internet/online stocks are valued on is growth/potential growth, and here CSRV has demonstrated THE worst record in the industry, managing to fall from the leading online service to an also-ran during a period of unprecedented growth and mania for the industry.
