I'm been wanting to see an 8K and a profitable 10Q before any reverse all along. Message 4025457 However that didn't happen. Now we need reassurance of WOTD's integrity. I still want to see an 8K with the merger details. CVIA had some small debts from past management. Jack Arnold, as a stockholder, came in when all gave up. He cleaned it up and found WOTD last fall. A Reg S was done in Jan, came into the float in March and was done as part of the merger agreement. The $500,000 from the Reg S is in the bank and will be used for the first acquisition.
