TC2000: Sold Out?

The market remains very oversold. Among industry groups, the number of one-week advances is 8. The number of one-week declines is 231. This is almost an incredible reading.
Unfortunately, the market is not showing us a clear sign that it either has or has not found a bottom. The prevailing expectation is for a so-called “capitulation” day. But that doesn't have to happen. It may be that this market is just going to quietly get up and walk away. It is a possibility.
It may be that this market is all sold out. –DW
