I skimmed over the 10K, nothing is alarming, the usual. here are two points worth mentioning:

1-currunt Cash will be sufficient to meet its projected working capital and other cash requirements through the end of fiscal 1999 (march 1999)

2-ITEM 9. CHANGES IN AND DISAGREEMENTS WITH ACCOUNTANTS ON ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE
