relevant to your old question, it still doesn't indicate if Geaney was among those receiving the checks..... sbpost.ie At the same conference, the company confirmed that the cost of the tax-free royalty payments given to staff was now running at about €3 million per annum. The company said that these costs were expensed through the profit and loss account in the normal way and were a cost-efficient way for Elan to remunerate staff. (link from theonlywayisup1 of Yahoo)
