All: The analysts who said Iomega was overvalued at 54 might well have been right. A 7 billion dollar market cap may have been just a tad over the top at that point.

However, those who believe the stock will be in the teens by the end of the summer are completely off base. The earnings reports will be excellent, I'm sure, and will reduce the P/E ratio to the point that the institutions will want to get back in. I note that both Zack's and Evergreen have both upgraded IOMG to a strong buy within the past week. Their analysts apparently understand what a non-threat the LS-120 is to Zip.

The management of Iomega have proven themselves to be pretty smart, as far as I can see. I'm sure that they are not going to just lie down and let their competitors roll over them.

I think that selling now, particularly if you are in anywhere above the current price, would just be silly. Remember, the only prices that matter are the price at which you buy and the price at which you sell. What happens in between is irrelevant.

This is all just my opinion, of course.
