Hardly, the players(Jack/WOTD) will issue these shares to themselves, and please don't say they can't. They can and will. They'll keep the requisite number to ensure majority, which realistically doesn't need to be 50.1 % but I will be kind and assume they hold that much. The rest will appear in the float over time and there will be posts like: "Don't understand, nothing but buys yet the bid keeps falling." The WOTD gang will, by definition, receive shares after the deal is inked. TG
