early, I have received the paperwork but the record date is not clear. The documents talk about a merger agreement dated 29th February and I think that is the date but don't hold me to it. There are a few interesting points in the documents: - ACTIVE registered users only 73,000 in UK and 40odd thousand in the rest of territory. - A liqidity problem in November and December arose. - Libertysurf were granted exclusive negotiating rights in exchange for taking 10% of the equity and loaning x-stream $5m. - NO mention in any of the documents about GOD or Nethead?.
