Scott, responding to your option question you posted on the pineapple express thread. Feel free to drop by anytime. Our lovely maidens will place a leie around your neck and kiss each cheek.

Options are risky. Playing options requires following certain rules that I have learned the hard way and am still learning.

First technicals: Apple has hit bottom and has risen pretty quickly to bust it's 200 dma on big volume. Smart money has been accumulating since it hit bottom. Many traders who don't give diddly about fundamentals will see this as a fantastic opportunity. The trend is up, go with the trend.

Fundamentals: the 200 dma bust comes right when great fundamental news comes out 0S 8 rock solid and selling like hotcakes, even Rush Limbaugh plugged it. New 350mhz Pmac puts Intel CISC to shame. Macworld Tuesday with Elison on board and possible earth shattering announcements.

Don't listen to the media. These people that read the news are drama majors who are given a script. Who writes that script? Big money. They tell you things that make sure that they keep that big money.

To me this is a no risk, no lose proposition. I have a Mac compatriot who can't afford to lose because he makes enough to house and feed his family. I told him I would guarantee his option play on Monday AM. He told me one time that he would really love to participate and own Apple stock. I don't think I can let him pass up on the GREATEST BUSINESS COMEBACK STORY EVER TOLD! and it will be told.

I can hear the rhapsody playing as I type. The Prince of Saudi Arabia loves rhapsodies.

regards,
Bob
