Actually, I suspect that they were thinking very clearly when they structured the two tier deal. LOL. These guys actually blew an enormous opportunity. They had a first mover advantage last spring and they were not able to capitalize on it. They should have immediately gone to the market and raised some funding to build a brand and an infrastructure. Once FREE got some traction, they were doomed to an also-ran status.

BTW, FREE's valuation is way out of line, even though the stock is down 40% from its high.
