You're overlooking CSRV's Network Services biz, which is
incredibly solid with 1,200 large corporate customers including
the likes of VISA credit authorization.

Also, overseas online ops continue strong, pacing AOL handily.

Of course, the problem re. the whole company is what to do
about the domestic online services side. HRB's big mistake
was the spinoff. Without it, there would be much more flexibility
in handling the domestic stuff.

BTW, CSRV is quickly working off deferred sub marketing expense.
Without it, Q4 would have been only ($0.03). It could have
written it all off at once as did AOL; but the shareholders
wouldn't have been as forgiving. Instead, it's been accelerating
amortization.

Is that one of Warren Buffet's investing tenets?
