I've got to admit that you have a point. That is, I never made the connection between the Bre-X thing and the ASE/ASC CYA (cover your anterior)stance.

I don't think that RBD.A management is squeaky clean either. I think that this is part of why thing took so long is that some of the insiders were "less than fortright" in a predecessor or defunct company. I would rather wait out the Albania thing, and the Bre-X thing. Some other companies are using this "waiting it out" as a wait and see (what the Strathcona results will bring to the market). If it's good then okay, if not then "tank city". The TSE must be poining the finger at the ASE, for letting Bre-X slip through.
