Strange that the bid moved up right before the close and just before IBD went to press. Today, wouldn't you know, SEEC gets a plug in the New America section of the paper. So stock jumps a couple of bucks this morning. Reminds me of the 25k block that was purchased in IMRS at the close the other day, just before the announcement of a new contract. Glad someone's making money.
