Mr. Cyr has pretty impressive credentials to bring to Cognicase. I note his past with Bell Canada (who own a chunk of both Cognicase and CGI) and his directorships with both Teleglobe and Spar - CGI recently completed major transactions with both those companies so we might see closer working relationships between CGI and Cognicase.
