You might want to give Erhard a call yourself. The buys that came in yesterday and perhaps today are expected. They may be due to an investment firm that had a look at his prospectus, and decided to pick up as many shares as possible at the low price (in other words they were impressed). These are expected to go directly inot portfolios and not be daytraded. There are about 2 million shares publically traded and 600,000 of these are held by Treats's (of Canada) personel. So not too many shares out there. When I spoke with Venture Capital they were bad mouthing EMC, and this might have something to do with the drop in price if some of their clients bailed. Funny enough there were three quick buys at .312 following a 100,000 sell at the low price of the day. I was a concerned stockholder so I immediately called Erhard to get his side of the story. He told me they were considering going with Venture, but later found out that they had some problems (call him if your interested in knowing more) so they decided to drop them and go with the previous firm. From my conversation with Erhard he seemed honest and straightforward so I am holding on to my shares, maybe I'll even average down if any of my other stocks pick up.

Hope this helps
