Mosaic Group Inc. Appoints Mike Cottman President & Coo

TORONTO, ONTARIO--Michael Preston Chairman & CEO of Mosaic Group
Inc. (TSE: MGX), Canada's leading outsourced marketing services
agency, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael J.
Cottman as its Vice Chairman, President & Chief Operating Officer,
effective immediately. The creation of the position follows Mr.
Cottman's success as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Mosaic Group's European operations. Michael Preston remains
Chairman and C.E.O. of Mosaic Group and will continue to develop
the vision and strategic positioning of the Company, as well as
continued active involvement in the corporate development role.
Mr. Cottman has a proven track record of building profitable
businesses. His first business, TMG was sold to Omnicom (CPM
group) 12 years ago. Since that time he started FMCG which joined
Mosaic in January of 1997. Since combining with Mosaic less than
three years ago FMCG's revenues have more than doubled.
As CEO of Europe Mr. Cottman managed approximately 50% of Mosaic's
consolidated operations. In addition, Mr. Cottman has taken an
active corporate development role in Europe, and has been
instrumental in expanding Mosaic's service platform into thirteen
different European countries.
Michael Preston endorsed Mr. Cottman's appointment saying, "This

managing and growing a complex and multi-jurisdictional business.
