Hi Keith. sounds good, but with my luck it would crap out when I need it.... I think I'll take the one year warranty unit!! cable modems aren't in the "sticks" of Ontario yet!! ISDN only.....in time cable I'm sure.... Geez missed RY today.. first time was my fault... second time my modems fault!! I've got a USR 56 flex that craps out on my IP when you least expect it. I was told to get the V90 patch and I find out there isn't one. So I called US Robotics/3Comm. turns out if you have a USR33.6 or 56K Flex you can get a free exchange for a V90....but of course it is on backorder! the Chief
