Thanks very much, but as I said I am still in the black and have enough money earned via trading to still go to graduate school and take time off to travel. FWIW I have heard only good things about Schwab.

Etrade's problem I think is that they are never willing to admit that a problem is related to their service - it is always the customers fault. I will tell you one thing - even though you are paying more to trade with Schwab IT IS WORTH IT! Saving a few bucks to trade with someone like EGRP is just not worth it.
