well now I agree. We have a fund that only invest in penny stocks.. so I am interested in creating and rating system on penny stocks like rank the management, product, market entry, barrier to entry, cash flow, cash needs, burn rates, float, officers and directors selling...etc.. new idea, just some old hash, or something real new.
