You are right about the preferred shares being the "wildcard." I talked with Mr. Hughesman (the CFO) about that issue. He told me that while liquidation "is possible", the greater liklihood is a new business combination with another concern. Only in this scenario would the tax carryforward be able to be utilized. While he would not give me the names of the companies they were talking with, he assured me (as a common shareholder) that the talks were ongoing.
